How I Rise supports young people to build confidence, self-respect, and healthier relationships through reflective, age-appropriate workshops and mentoring.

My Approach

Calm, inclusive, and non-judgemental. I create sessions that encourage honest conversation and self-awareness, while remaining age-appropriate, safeguarding-aware, and respectful of individual experiences. Rather than telling young people who to be, the work supports them to understand themselves more clearly and develop confidence from within.

  • Non-judgemental and inclusive

  • Age-appropriate and context-specific

  • Safeguarding-aware practice

  • Encourages reflection rather than instruction

Meet the Facilitator

This work is grounded in lived experience, professional training, and experience of working directly with young people in educational and support settings. I understand how confidence can be impacted by life events, relationships, and internal pressure and how important it is for young people to have space to reflect, be heard, and develop a stronger relationship with themselves.
