Meet the Facilitator

My work is focused on coaching and mentoring young people and adults to help them build confidence, gain clarity, and move forward in life with purpose.

With a background in mentoring and education across the Midlands, I have spent time working closely with young people and adults in different environments, which gave me a strong understanding of the challenges many face when it comes to self-belief, direction, and navigating important life decisions, as well as my own challenges I have had to overcome.

Through How I Rise, I provide a supportive and honest space where individuals can reflect, grow, and develop the mindset and tools they need to create positive change. My approach is practical, relatable, and centred around real conversations that lead to real progress.

Alongside coaching and mentoring, I also deliver workshops that focus on personal development, confidence building, and helping people better understand themselves and their potential. You can also invite me to speak on topics such as;

My Approach

Calm, inclusive, and non-judgemental. I create sessions that encourage honest conversation and self-awareness, while remaining age-appropriate, safeguarding-aware, and respectful of individual experiences. Rather than telling you who to be, the work supports you to understand yourself more clearly and develop confidence from within.

  • Non-judgemental and inclusive

  • Age-appropriate and context-specific

  • Safeguarding-aware practice

  • Encourages reflection rather than instruction
