I offer telephone, 1-to-1, and in-person emotional support listening services, as well as coaching. My workshops are designed to provide a safe space for support, listening, and coaching. These services do not constitute therapy, counselling, or medical advice.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use my services. If under 18, parental or guardian consent is required.
My services are not suitable for those in crisis or requiring medical intervention. If you are in distress, please contact emergency services or a licensed professional.
4. Payment & Booking
All telephone support sessions, 1-to-1 support, in-person coaching, and workshops must be booked and paid for in advance.
Payments are non-refundable except as stated in my Cancellation & Refund Policy.
5. Confidentiality
I respect your privacy and will not share your personal information without your consent, except where required by law (e.g., risk of harm to yourself or others).
Calls are not recorded, and I maintain strict confidentiality.
6. Limitations of Liability
I do not provide medical, psychological, or professional counselling services. My support is for general well-being and personal development.
I am not liable for any decisions you make based on our discussions or workshops.
7. Amendments
I reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of my services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Telephone Support Sessions
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for a reschedule or refund.
No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
2. Workshops
Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the workshop will receive a full refund.
Cancellations within 72 hours will receive a 50% refund.
No refunds for no-shows.
