I offer telephone, 1-to-1, and in-person emotional support listening services, as well as coaching. My workshops are designed to provide a safe space for support, listening, and coaching. These services do not constitute therapy, counselling, or medical advice.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 or older to use my services. If under 18, parental or guardian consent is required.

  • My services are not suitable for those in crisis or requiring medical intervention. If you are in distress, please contact emergency services or a licensed professional.

4. Payment & Booking

  • All telephone support sessions, 1-to-1 support, in-person coaching, and workshops must be booked and paid for in advance.

  • Payments are non-refundable except as stated in my Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. Confidentiality

  • I respect your privacy and will not share your personal information without your consent, except where required by law (e.g., risk of harm to yourself or others).

  • Calls are not recorded, and I maintain strict confidentiality.

6. Limitations of Liability

  • I do not provide medical, psychological, or professional counselling services. My support is for general well-being and personal development.

  • I am not liable for any decisions you make based on our discussions or workshops.

7. Amendments
I reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of my services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Telephone Support Sessions

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for a reschedule or refund.

  • No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

2. Workshops

  • Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the workshop will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations within 72 hours will receive a 50% refund.

  • No refunds for no-shows.
